The Art of Studio Ghibli

Studio Ghibli is a Japanese animation studio that has produced some of the most beloved animated films in international pop culture. I chose them for the subject of a pop-up exhibit because I grew up watching Studio Ghibli films and wanted to highlight the beautiful artistry and themes Hayao Miyazaki has mastered over the span of almost four decades. The exhibit panels to scale are 12 ft x 24 ft and the walls would be facing each other with space in between for visitors to walk through. No Face is a scale figure measuring roughly 6 ft in height.
